Mind The Gap is neurodivergent artist Alison Lam’s debut exhibition in Manchester. Supported by Arts Council England, the show explores the concept of overwhelm, reframing it as a space for growth and resilience.

Through a multimedia installation created from visual scores developed during workshops with neurodivergent individuals, including Manchester’s Venture Arts, visitors are taken on a sensory journey from calm to chaos and back. Mind The Gap invites reflection on how we navigate and grow through our own moments of overwhelm.
